If you want to join, first you must contact 24lbPizza or Excidus via in game mail or whisper if we are online. We will discuss the details with you and, if you meet our standards, we will send an invite. We will not just accept pending applications without asking a few questions.

Decelcom is an acronym for Devastare Celerare et Compleare meaning "To Devastate Swiftly and Completely." And that's what we seek to do.

1. Location
We are only in server 15 and based in Bohemia, if you want to join you must be in Bohemia or willing to teleport.

2. Requirements
-You must be active, enjoy the game, and be prepared to fight in wars.
-We have no minimum prestige currently, everyone starts out small and that is who is the future.
---We have a race to get to 100k prestige, winner gets 5 million gold!
-Our alliance is quickly growing, many alliances will not enjoy us, if you want a challenge we are the right alliance for you.

3. Protection
We will provide protection to the best of our ability. We are a strong alliance that helps each other out, and seek to destroy all that stands in our way.

4. Diplomacy
Decelcom is a peaceful alliance as long as you are on the right side. If you make us angry you may not last very long. Step carefully around us!
